One of the most challenging aspects of driving a golf ball is keeping it in the fairway. Oh… the long golf drive! Golfers dream of hitting it long and straight down the fairway. Unfortunately, most golfers can't hit it past 200 yards, which will not help you shoot lower golf scores. Why is that? Why can't golfers hit long drives? Because they don't do golf training exercises specific to the muscles they use to produce power in their golf swing.

The goal and dream of every golfer is to play better, whether it be lower golf scores or hitting longer drives. We fanatic golfers think golf 24/7. Just ask our wives. This is an obsessive compulsive disorder, but hey… it could be a lot worse, right? The thrill we get is from a ball that was hit squarely and rockets off the clubface. Golf swing improvement is the goal, no matter what.
