Comments Policy

All comments are moderated. I reserve the right to delete comments that are inappropriate, offensive, or obvious comment spam. Comments, in the context of this policy, include pingbacks and trackbacks. Comments that contain keywords only WILL be deleted. Even proper comments may be deleted if they appear to be comment spam. Multiple comments from the same IP address, when posted minutes apart, are obvious spam comments even when carefully crafted with unique names. Outsourced comments are also considered comment spam and may be deleted as such.

Do not link to commercial gambling or pornographic websites. I will delete comments that link to them as soon as I discover them. If your website URL points to adult images of any kind, please label your comments with some kind of warning. If I follow any comment to the destination URL and it offends me (and would probably offend others), the comment will be deleted.

Do not link to spam blogs (splogs), link farms, or other sites designed to manipulate search engine rankings. They are easily identifiable and comments that link to them will be deleted regardless of any other rules.

You retain ownership of your comments. You grant me and the authors the limited right to publish them on this website (as a comment pertaining to an article or reproduced in whole or in part for another article). You may request removal of comments contained within the comments area (or used within articles) if you do not agree with the usage by sending a message through the contact page.
