If you are a smoker then I'm sure you don't need me to tell you how difficult it is to kick the habit. If you haven't yet tried the electric cigarette as an aid to help you stop smoking, then you have no doubt already tried the multitude of other products which promise to give you success in your efforts to quit.
The old school method of quitting is using willpower and we all know how well that works. It's the method most of us use during our first attempts to stop, believing that getting off cigarettes should present no significant problem. Hair strand testing is the newest way for testing people for drug use to date. Although this method of drug testing appears to be the most accurate, many people are still puzzled by hair strand tests because they continue to believe that hair strand tests are more urban legends than truth. A lot of smokers may be thinking about quitting at one point or another, but not all of them succeed in doing so. In fact, most will fail on their first attempt. After years and years of smoking, it just couldn't be that easy to do. As they say, the longer you smoke, the harder it is. It takes a lot of self-determination, and time, since it doesn't happen overnight. One has to go through a lot of discomfort while trying to quit and if unable to handle such withdrawal, they'll end up lighting up the cigarette again.
