Cheap ruby rings that look cheap may be fun for little girls, but if you need engagement rings or wedding bands, or cocktail rings at a reasonable price that's quite another mater.
I've been doing some research and found there are some options that may help you get what you need; even a few replicated antique ruby ring designs that are quite affordable. I've also found some deals on custom rings and matching earrings that are good value. I'll start with the basics and work up to higher end pieces:
Cheap Ruby Rings for Kids and Baubles
For discount ruby rings that vary in quality and design, Amazon has more than I thought. Some pieces are good quality and would make lovely ruby cocktail rings, while others are just kids ruby rings that are perfect for giving at a birthday; like ruby birthstone rings and cute little ruby heart rings that the kids can give each other as friendship rings. These are cheap enough at about thirty dollars or less. There's the hip pink heart ruby rings with chip diamonds that's a slight bit more expensive, but still under $100.
Medium Priced Vintage and Antique Designs
Quality ruby jewelry comes at a price, and anything under two hundred isn't going to be of great quality unless it's on sale. Vintage jewelry is one exception and I have found some very good deals on pieces you could use as a ruby engagement ring. One place is Ruby Lane which specializes in vintage, and the other is the Gemstone Depot that has ruby rings with a vintage or antique feel. They don't have very many to choose from but they're worth checking out. Their inventory changes, so you may have to go back a few times to find what you are looking for.
High Quality Discount Ruby Rings
There's an online jewelry shop called Angara that has some great deals, and they have a selection of discounts that really make sense for the pocket book. It's high quality jewelry for at least half off regular prices, and they have lots of styles to choose from, like polished gold ruby rings, engagement ring styles, pieces that can double as wedding rings and they also have some replicated vintage designs. Everything they sell is real, I mean genuine ruby rings that are priced elsewhere for a thousand or more, but at Angara are discounted so as to cost only $300 to about $500.
They also have emerald ruby rings and some amazing flower designs and lots of solitaire styles that are ideal as engagement rings. They seem to have a really good selection of white gold settings and also offer custom designs at a discount. If you need designer ruby rings that are bit on the wild side, then you'll find a few items at Angara as well, and most are well priced at about three hundred dollars.
It's just one place, but I was really happy to discover Angara, especially with Christmas coming up. Holiday jewelry in ruby red is perfect and they make it affordable even if all you want is a real ruby ring for cocktail parties.
