I have recently joined Darren Rowse's new membership site in order to write my Third Tribe Review – the question is are you part of the third tribe? The first tribe is those evil, nasty Internet marketer types – the ones who keep sending you spam emails and getting rich on your AdSense clicks. The second tribe are the social media nuts who spend all day retweeting their friends and very little time doing any actual work – so consequently make little money – so maybe, just maybe you are might be interested in Third Tribe Marketing - you being of course the good ethical marketer who doesn't like to talk too much about, you know, money.

Houses for sale in Khandallah are very popular and often sell after only being on the market for a few weeks. Khandallah's reputation as one of the premier suburbs of Wellington appears to have come through the housing downturn intact!
The reason is not hard to find – Khandallah is a convenient suburb – just 10 to 15 minutes from the Wellington CBD by car – yet it is leafy, green with great views and some lovely warm micro-climates on the north facing slopes. Developed from the 1860', Khandallah was originally a farming community along the original main trunk line going north – now the commuter train service to Johnsonville.

It's interesting the way small businesses vary the way they advertise. In New Zealand, unlike say the US, there are no large, well-funded franchise dance studios. In fact most dance studios in Wellington, New Zealand, run as part-time businesses, sometimes with advertising budgets more akin to hobbies than businesses.

The Australian Socceroos are in the running for the World Cup in South Africa for the summer of 2010. Though football, also known as soccer to Americans and Australians, is not a major sport in Australia, this year's squad has managed to make it through their tough qualifying rounds this past playing season in order to clinch a spot for the World Cup 2010, set to kick off in South Africa on June the eleventh. Australia is placed in a group with the team who finished in third place during the 2006 World Cup held in their home country, Germany, along with other tough opponents that make up group D; group D consists of Australia, Germany, Serbia, and Ghana. Ultimately, the Australia Socceroos World Cup 2010 chances are slim and they will have to pull off major upsets in order to make it past the first stages of group play; however, historically the World Cup is always home to upsets and shockers, maybe 2010 will be the Socceroos chance to change the world's perspective on Australian soccer and its national squad.

So when you search for passive income, you will find lots about stocks and property investment but little about the little understood art of how to earn passive income online.

As we consider moving overseas again I was wondering whether we had been right or wrong about renting in Perth rather than becoming Australian property investors. The advantage would have been that we wouldn't have paid ever increasing rent for the last two years – while interest rates have gone down – our rent has gone from $260 per week to $320 per week. The flat sold about a year ago and we did the calculation then — we would have been paying a whole lot more in borrowings than we are in rent. Of course, we didn't think back then that we were going to end up staying for 2.5 years in the same place – 6 months was the initial plan I think. The question is – should we have invested in Australian property when we were planning our move overseas?
